Who's Behind Grow Beyond?
I'm Nela, DJ, Producer and music professional with over 15 years of experience in the electronic music industry.
My Story
My journey started as an artist — playing in some of Berlin’s most iconic clubs such as Watergate and Kater Blau — and later expanded internationally,
including performances at Scorpios and VOID in Mykonos, ADE Amsterdam,
Cape Town, Tel Aviv, Ibiza just to name a few
My Experience
I’ve been actively involved in music production for 8+ years, as well as branding, positioning and strategic growth for artists — understanding not only the creative side, but also how the industry truly works today.
My expertise
Beyond the DJ booth, I’ve spent the last years working deeply in artist management, bookings and career development, collaborating with established names in the scene and helping emerging artists build sustainable careers from the ground up.
My Legacy
Grow Beyond was created to pass on this knowledge in an honest, focused and practical way — helping artists avoid common mistakes, refine their sound, and grow with clarity and confidence.
OUR – DJ Coaches
Phonique
Phonique is a Berlin-based, award-winning house DJ, producer, and label owner, and one of Europe's most in-demand names in the scene. With over 100 releases and remixes on labels including Dessous, Poker Flat, Crosstown Rebels, and Stil vor Talent, and a global hit in "Feel What You Want" - with over 50 million views on YouTube - his sound has reached dance floors across the world.
A resident DJ at Berlin's Ritter Butzke and founder of his own label, Zatar Music, Phonique has spent two decades reading a room, building sets that move people, and shaping a career that has lasted well beyond any single trend - exactly the kind of real-world experience most students never get access to.
As a mentor at Grow Beyond Music Lab, Phonique brings that experience straight into the lesson - helping students build a set that actually works on a dance floor, develop a sound that's distinctly their own, and think like a working DJ, not just someone who can mix. It's this mix of international standing and hands-on teaching that makes him such a valuable co-teacher alongside Nela.

Camila Cardona Dj , Producer
Berlin
What truly sets Nela apart is her uncompromising focus on quality over quantity. She does not rush outputs or chase volume instead, she takes the necessary time to achieve genuinely strong results.
With years of experience behind her, Nela brings clarity, precision, and creative depth into every project. For me, it is clear that every track we produce together carries real potential for success.
I am genuinely grateful for the collaboration and very much look forward to what we will create next.
Lavida Loca, Dj Berlin
I’ve taken many courses, but her energy and passion really make her stand out.
Producing with Her feels like a journey where you lose track of time and everything suddenly feels easy to understand.
Misha Svirid, Dj, Producer Berlin
working with Nela on Music Production feels incredibly comfortable and inspiring. Everything was explained clearly and with real attention to the artistic side of the process.
I'm especially thankful for her great sense of style and taste. Thanks to Nela, I now have an amazing photoshoot — from the initial idea to the final look. She developed the concept, image, and styling, and it all perfectly reflected how I see myself as an artist.
I’m truly grateful for her support and for this experience at such an important stage.
