Who's Behind Grow Beyond?
I'm Nela Dj, Producer and a music professional with over 15 years of experience in the electronic music industry.
My Story
My journey started as an artist — playing in some of Berlin’s most iconic clubs such as Watergate and Kater Blau — and later expanded internationally,
including performances at Scorpios and VOID in Mykonos, ADE Amsterdam,
Cape -town, Telaviv, Ibiza just to name a few.
My Experience
I’ve been actively involved in music production for 8+ years, as well as branding, positioning and strategic growth for artists — understanding not only the creative side, but also how the industry truly works today.
My expertise
Beyond the DJ booth, I’ve spent the last years working deeply in artist management, bookings and career development, collaborating with established names in the scene and helping emerging artists build sustainable careers from the ground up.
My Legacy
Grow Beyond was created to pass on this knowledge in an honest, focused and practical way — helping artists avoid common mistakes, refine their sound, and grow with clarity and confidence.

Nicolai Kubera
Nicolai Kubera is a professional DJ from Berlin with over 25 years of experience in the music and nightlife industry. Since 1998, he has performed at numerous top clubs and event locations across Germany and internationally, building a reputation as a versatile and crowd-focused DJ.
He also spent 15 years as an official DJ at JAM FM, gaining extensive experience in live performance and music programming.
As a DJ coach, Nicolai brings his real-world club experience into the classroom, helping students develop strong technical skills, musical understanding, and confidence behind the decks. He is known for his patient teaching style and clear, practical guidance.
