Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms
All course packages must be paid in full before the first lesson. A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
a) Customers may cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start.
b) Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the lesson are considered "short-notice cancellations" and will be charged the full lesson fee.
c) In case of no‑show, the full fee is charged with no refund.
3. Repeated Cancellations
• Each customer is entitled to ONE free short-notice cancellation (one lesson) per course package. In that case the lesson can be moved free of charge.
• From the SECOND short-notice cancellation onwards, the lesson will be charged in full and will neither be rescheduled nor refunded.
4. Refunds
• Once the course has started and lessons have been attended, no refund is given for remaining hours in the package.
• In the rare case of illness or emergency (medical certificate required), rescheduling is possible but no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellations by the Instructor
If the instructor has to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
6. No‑show
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice counts as a no‑show and will be charged in full.
7. Course Structure
The instructor provides a structured curriculum. Adjustments may be made according to the student’s progress. Homework and practice are required for the expected progress.
8. Communication
All scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (WhatsApp or e‑mail).
9. Liability
The instructor is not liable for technical problems with the customer’s personal equipment.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must inform Grow Beyond Music Lab by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e‑mail) of their decision to withdraw from this contract.
11. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early if the performance of the service has begun with the customer's express consent and the customer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully or partially performed. By booking and paying for a course or session that begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
12. Binding Agreement
By purchasing the course, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
